Creffield Medical Group formed in June 2017. It is an amalgamation of Creffield Medical Centre, Layer Road Surgery and North Hill Medical Group (North Hill Surgery, West Bergholt Surgery and Nayland Surgery). Creffield Medical Centre and Layer Road Surgeries are now collocated at 15 Cavalry Road, Colchester. North Hill Surgery closed in December 2018 and patients transferred their care to either Creffield Medical Centre, West Bergholt or Nayland Surgery. All of the practices operate under the Partnership of Creffield Medical Group.

In 2005 we became an accredited training practice linked with Cambridge University, providing training for medical students and GP Registrars.
