How To Book An Appointment

To book an appointment, please visit our Consulting Room.

If booking by telephone please give our receptionist some idea of why you wish to be seen, so that you can be given an appropriate appointment with the appropriate clinician.

We now offer a range of appointments with our GPs across our surgeries every single day.  To register to book appointments online or if you are already registered please log into Systm Online Services.

The appointments we offer on Saturdays are book in advance appointments only.  We are unable to offer any appointments to anyone that has not booked an appointment prior to that day.

Same Day Appointments

We have a dedicated team of clinicians available each day to provide telephone advice to patients who require an appointment on the day.  They have appointments available to offer patients if they need to be seen in the surgery.  The majority of patients who are telephoned on the day have their queries resolved over the telephone.

Online Appointments

We now offer a range of appointments with our GPs across all of our surgeries every single day.  If you would like to be able to book an appointment online please speak to our reception team who will be happy to arrange this for you.

Appointment Duration

Please note that appointments are for 10 minutes only.

If you need more than 10 minutes for your appointment please ask the receptionist to book two appointments for you. For example, if you have two significant health issues that you would like to discuss, you will need two appointments.

Extended Access

We offer extended access appointments across Creffield Medical Group from 18:30-20:00 Mon-Fri and 08:00-11:00 Sat/Sun, please ask the receptionist for more information on the next available appointment.
